Message from Joshua

每一天都提供了機會讓你發現內在的喜悅，認出在你周圍的光的力量。每一天都有新的生命從地球、動物王國或是你的人類經驗中萌芽。與愛一同歡慶；給予所有你認出的事物光芒。你的想法是種能量；你的能量聯繫著你周圍的事物。你是與你的心識、你的心、你的靈魂及你的光和諧共處之事物的一部份。

接受，生命是意識的新資源展現，無論是植物，還是一棵樹，無論是新生兒，還是新生的動物；這些都是生命，在意識的循環中誕生，為了新的成長、新的意圖與新的方向。你觀察到會有暗影前來，導致生命減弱至負面或恐懼。

我們只對你說，你是在物質生命裡的神聖、明亮之靈，帶著你的意圖及你所做與你是誰的意義。當它的呈現為過多的負荷、沉重的揹負、過分地經驗時，想著；穿越這障礙的過程中從來就沒有太多你無法處理的事物，而非想著在我所說、所做的一切中以這方式從阻礙願景、停止目標的境況中自由。

因此我來與你說話，我是約書亞；我一直注視著你。你們在我的觀察與愛之下。力量來自於心識。它不只是身體的鍛鍊。力量來自於信念，你能夠成為不只是你可以想像到的樣子。

在我與你說話時，我要求你，與我一同走在這旅程上。你將穿越一條通道，想像的通道。但這也是一種振動，在你的靜心冥想中協助你。

開始看著自己走在這通道上，也許看起來像隧道，也許看起來像座橋，也許看起來像原野，但它是通道。從你開始到你通往終點的這段時間、在這段通道裡，觀想你通過了象徵你生命的時間段，非常快速地通過。要記住，你以靈魂的姿態前來，非常渴望成為這旅程、這機會的一部分，以灌輸這是光的時代的願景。

一開始時，你並不理解。雖然有些人經常看見你是被天使們、指導靈或另一端的其它存在們關照著。但在這過程中你告訴自己，你是好的，你堅持到底，你完成它，到你所想之處，你的生命給予你許多的借鑑並開始服務他人。你也許有注意到，在我與你說話時，浮現的生命，能夠是許多不同的顏色，但金色似乎是強而有力的頻率。它告訴你，你將穿越在你之內的轉變，這是好的。

此刻當你穿越這通道時，你認出了你的成長，你經歷著生命中不同的階段，你意識到在你所做及你所是的一切中你有多麼幸運。在這通道上與它的終點，看見敞開的門，在另一端，似乎是光的場域、成長的場域，散發著光的能量，紫水晶、藍色、金色、粉紅色，像個花園，你注意到其中的美麗、自然及手邊的工作，關於靈性與光。現在待在這花園裡，讓周圍的一切滋養你。

這對你們每一個人來說都是不同的，但都在完美的和諧中，與你所是、你將成為的，以及在協助他人中你所療癒的事物處在和諧中。有些人看見藍色、紫水晶、粉紅色或金色，但要知道當你來到一切都是綠色的這地方，不管這頻率是否為當週的課程顏色。這一刻，你認出自己釋放了緊張與壓力。你充滿了新的光芒、新的希望及新生成的意識。你受到激勵，你對愛敞開。

此刻在我說話時，沒有恐懼，沒有遺棄，只有知曉你是受到照顧、受到滋養的，你是被愛的。這裡是你的一部分，在你的靜默中可於任何時刻造訪此處。這是在復興與再生中的你，這是好的。

此刻，你是完整的。你在存在的較高狀態中。你不會在任何一條迷失方向的路上。你的意識回到你身體自我的全然理解中。你將落實，而在此刻，讓智慧、和平、喜悅充滿你的心及你所做的一切。當你準備好時，通過你的身體、穿過你的雙腿，落實地面。

Message from Joshua

Everyday offers a new opportunity to find the joy in you, to recognize the power of light surrounding you. Everyday there is a new life sprouting forth from the earth or sprouting from the animal kingdom or sprouting forth from your human experience. Rejoice with love; give light to all you recognize. Your thoughts are energy; your energy connects with what surrounds you. You are a part of what is in harmony with your mind, your heart, your soul and your light.

Be accepting as life is an expression of a new source of consciousness, whether it is a plant, whether it is a tree, whether it is a newborn infant, whether it is a new born animal, all is life in a conscious cycle that is giving birth for new growth and for new intentions and for new direction. You observe that there is a dark shadow that can come and cause the life to diminish into negativity or fear.

We simply say to you, you are a Divine Lighted Spirit within the physical life with meaning for you and for what you do and who you are. When it appears it is too much of a burden, to heavy to carry, too much to experience, think; There is never too much that you cannot manage the process of walking through this obstacle, rather think there is a way in all that I do in all that I say to be freed from the conditions that block the vision and stop the goal.

So I speak these words to you, I am Joshua; I have been with you before. You are mostly under my observations and love. Strength comes from the mind. It’s more than just the exercise of the body. Strength comes from faith that you can be more than you ever dreamed was possible for you.

So as I speak with you I ask that you walk on a journey with me. You are going to go through a passage way, its imaginary yes. But it is also a vibration that is made to assist you in this activity of your meditative state.

So begin to see yourself walking through a passage way and it may look like a tunnel, it may look like a bridge, it may simply look like a field but it is a passage way. Where you come from the beginning to where you will come to the end, at this moment of time and during this passage way perceive you are passing through time periods that represent stages of your life and it will go very quickly. Remember you came in as a soul that very much desired to be a part of this journey, of this opportunity to instill a vision for this age of light.

So in the beginning you had no realizations. All though some of you may have often seen that you were overseeing by angels or guardians or others on the other side. But in this passage tell yourself you said you where good, you followed through, you made it to where you wanted to be and your life gave you much to learn from and to enter into service for others. You may notice that life comes through as I am speaking to you and it can be many of the different colors but Gold appears to be the strong frequency. It is telling you, you are moving through a transition in you and it is good.

And now as you are moving through this passage you are recognizing that you are growing, you are passing through different stages of your life and you are realizing how fortunate you have been in what you do and all that you are. In this passage way and at the end of it, see an open door and on the other side it appears there is a field of light, field of growing things that emanate the rays of energy, the Amethyst, Blue, Gold, Pink, much like the garden of which you note the beauty and nature and handy work of spirit and light. Now just be in this garden surrounded by that which nurtures you.

For each of you it is different but it is all in perfect harmony with what you are, with what you becoming, and what are you are healing in helping others. Many of you see Blue or Amethyst or Pink or Gold but know that when you come to the place that all is green and whether the color of the frequency is of the lesson of the week. It is of this moment you simply recognize you are realed of tension of pressure. You are filled with new light, with new hope, with new generated consciousness. You are stimulated and you are open to love.

And now as I speak, there is no fear, there is no abandonment, there is only a knowing you are cared for or nurtured and you are loved. This is a part of you in which you can visit at any time in your silence. This is you in rejuvenation and regeneration and it is good.

Now, you are complete. You are in a high state of being. You will not be in any way disorientated. Your consciousness will come back into full realization of your physical self. You will ground but in this moment let the wisdom and the peace and the joy fulfill your heart and all that you do. When you are ready just allow yourself to come back down through your body, through the legs and out the feet.
