我說於你之內你可能會聽見你個人的自我以及這些是你一部分的人正被觸及著。我們無法預測未來會怎樣，但是我們看見的未來是你進展中的自我克服了一直存在著的戰場。我們也看見這揚升，身體自我穿過不同的階段和意識層面全然地覺察你的人性，且承認你與光的其他層面的許多現實連接著。揚升也是一種概念，你帶著平和提升了你所處之處。揚升可能是幾乎被忽視的，因為它會以溫柔的方式來臨而不是以一種不同於你存在方式的炸裂。揚升能夠是穿過門邁入更高的現實，其中你僅注意到你與在物質星球上的一切是一，然而在揚升的狀態裡看待所有事物都來自一個觀點，那有著光的色彩、愛及靈性的意識。

Here is Excerpt from Archangel Uriel on Ascension.

I speak that you may hear within you that you are being touched in your individual self as well as those who are part of you. We do not predict what the future holds, but we see the future of your evolving selves overcoming what the battlefield has been expressing. We also see an ascension in which the physical self moves through different stages and levels of consciousness fully aware of the humanness of you, but acknowledging you are connected to many realities of other levels of light. Ascension is also a concept that you rise up to a place in which you live with peace. Ascension may be almost unnoticed for it may come in a manner that is gentle and not an explosion of differences of your being. Ascension can be stepping through the door to a higher reality and in it you simply note you are one with all on a physical plane and yet in an ascended state seeing all things from a view in which there is hue of light, love and spiritual awareness.

Ascension is reward. Ascension is an evolution, a speeded process to a greater state of being. Ascension is not leaving the planet, though many may have a choice to go. It is the incarnation of a Cosmic Beingness that is translated in your own self as living in fullness with Divine Love.
